Research and Development Department: It provides the direction of the product’s innovative technology development to manage the intellectual property.

Based on equipment and general system design regarding PICONTERA’s semiconductor products, R&D department conducts product process tests and performance assessments, applies new technologies that come from the field for developing a new model of the product and the field that designs the product, accumulates new technologies and designs equipment circuits, and develops the firmware designed for the product reliability test.

Sales and Customer Care
Department
Sales & Customer Care Department: It provides personalized customer services and guarantees a top-notch product quality.

It takes charge of organizing and running the plan for product advertisement and sales in both domestic and international semiconductor markets, endeavors to enhance the customer service satisfaction, provides the solutions for resolving technical difficulties for the product set-up and maintenance. It also maintains product technology improvement by taking in feedbacks from our client’s demands regarding the global semiconductor market circumstances.
